What Happens During a Treatment?

• The patient remains fully clothed and only need remove their shoes for the treatment.

• Hands are placed on the body to allow the energy to flow.

• Some people feel heat or cold, tingling or even see colours.

• Even if you do not feel these effects, the Reiki
  healing energy is still working.

• The majority of people find it deeply relaxing and can fall asleep.

• The treatment will take approximately an hour and a half.
  

    How Many Treatments Will I Need?

• Having just one treatment may help! Although, "Rome wasn't built in a day".

• Everyone is different but generally a course of 3 - 6 treatments is enough.

• You should really start to feel a benefit after 3/4 treatments.

• It is best to start having once a week appointments & then once progress has been made, the regularity can be reduced.

• Some people like to have tops ups every now & then, if they are in a stressful period or just need to relax!
